We are very proud of the fact that so many groups, businesses, and individuals are supporting our fantastic charity!

100% of every penny we raise goes to our charity,

We have no paid employees, plus our volunteer riders even use their own bikes to make the blood collections, and pay for their own fuel! We do have 8 Marked MCBB Blood Bikes, which on average costs us £250 per bike PER Month to keep on the road.

We also have a great bunch of volunteer controllers, who take the phone calls and co-ordinate our volunteer riders.

It’s only your help & support that keep our charity running thereby helping Our NHS save just on £250,000 just last year!

This Page is our tribute to the fantastic Companies, Trusts & Individuals who support us.

Merseyrail Charity Of The Year 2018 – 2019

We would like to announce our partnership with Merseyrail as their nominated charity for 2018-2019. The story so far.
We received a phone call from Mike Walsh one of riders. He is a guard on the trains for Merseyrail and told us that he had nominated us as a candidate for their charity of the year. As the weeks passed by we continued with our service and fundraising activities then out of the blue came a phone call……..
It was Sally Ralston from Merseyrail. We had been nominated as charity of the year. We had no idea of the scale of what we had just received. First the announcement of an immediate donation of £10000 a figure that previously we could of only dreamed of. Then shortly after an invitation to a corporate event to receive the donation. That was our first meeting with Andy Heath and his staff.
The event was a whirlwind from start to finish. Fantastic food and incredible people. It was amazing to have so many offers of help on our first meeting not just from Merseyrail but from their associates as well., so many people had until this point never new we existed. Now they do, and how things have changed.

Our first event organised by Merseyrail was at the Grand National: we had teams at both Central and Aintree Station. Over the three days we raised over £5000 towards our running costs. The teams worked very hard our ” Little Drips” (Riders Children) worked tirelessly shaking buckets and handing out flip flops. We even met a few celebrities. (Photo Robin & Dave)

We have recently attended an afternoon tea party organised again by Sally and Lauren of Merseyrail, where we were made aware of how much work Merseyrail does with the local community which reinforced our realization of how lucky we are.
We are incredibly lucky to receive not only support for events and sponsorship from Merseyrail. But even more so for the expertise of their staff. Always available for advise and guidance as we take our first steps into what will be our biggest Year yet.
